The MOQ would be 100pcs for dry bag, we will provide customized service.
In the off-season, the delivery time is usually 20-25 days. In the peak season, the delivery time can be as long as 45 days. For some complex products that require more processes, we recommend that customers place orders in advance
For new client, we require a 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% paid before shipment. For regular customer, we do 30% in advance and the balance against copy of B/L.
If the customer reports a product quality problem. First of all, we will ask the customer to provide the corresponding photos or video, if the product quality problem is confirmed, we will negotiate a refund or compensation with the customer
Generally speaking, the time for customized samples is 7-10 days, and it will take another week to reach you by international express delivery.
At present, we can provide some common certificates, such as CE, SGS, etc. If the customer’s country requires some other certificates, we will arrange samples to the testing agency and get the certificate before shipment. For some one-time certificates, we will charge customers for the certificate
